The strong climate and less maintenance set the plant 15 years after starting the function out of order. In this time the plant is only a monument the wastewater leaches into the groundwater or in the Chowd river. The council of Bajan Ulgij Aimaks asked the Janisch & Schulz Consulting to make a suggestion for a solution of the wastewater problem.
